Here Gopi Krishna describes some aspects of his own awakening, and gives advice for those who have already had some measure of a kundalini awakening, or intend to do so, as well as discussing the broader issues surrounding spiritual transformation and its acceptance by the scientific community.

Note 1: Gopi Krishna never advised anyone to awaken kundalini without the supervision of a true master, such persons being generally unavailable in the modern world to date.
